Eric Bram is a Managing Director at Rieth Jones Advisors, where he navigates complex physical and financial challenges to create customized, long-term solutions to advance the strategic priorities for the company’s institutional partners. He is a higher education real estate expert who specializes in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and public-private partnership delivery. During his career, Eric has advanced more than $4.5 billion in capital projects for more than 50 institutional partners. Prior to joining RJA, Eric served as a project manager for a national planning and program management firm. Eric received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and earned a Master’s degree in Economics and City and Regional Planning from Clemson University.
