Megan DeGrass has nearly 30 years of nonprofit and municipal finance experience, primarily covering the higher education, independent school, cultural, and nonprofit sectors.
Previously, Ms. DeGrass was a Vice President in Goldman Sachs’ Public Sector and Infrastructure Group – Higher Education and Nonprofit Finance Group, covering higher education and not-for-profit institutions nationally. Prior to that, she was a Director with Wells Fargo in the Municipal Securities Higher Education Group, as well as Raymond James and UBS, where she worked with a wide range of institutions managing tax-exempt and taxable financings, debt capacity and rating strategies, and developing new credit structures.
Ms. DeGrass has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and French from Simmons College and is a FINRA Registered Municipal Advisor. She also holds securities licenses, including Series 7, 79, 52, 53, and 24.
