Jody Glubke is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Dynamic Campus, leading the company’s mission to empower higher education institutions with innovative, adaptive technology-driven strategies that unlock the full potential of their people, processes, and systems.

With a deep understanding of the evolving challenges facing colleges and universities, Jody partners directly with institutional leaders to align technology with strategy, helping them address enrollment pressures, sustainability concerns, and legacy delivery models. Her approach helps institutions move from what’s now to what’s next—enhancing operational efficiency, student success, and institutional resilience.

Throughout her career, Jody has been focused on the intersection of technology and human behavior, leveraging both to drive transformation in higher education. Her background in student services—including advising, enrollment, and recruitment—gives her a unique lens on optimizing the student, faculty, and staff experience both on and off campus. 

Under her leadership, Dynamic Campus collaborates with colleges and universities to assess performance, enhance IT investments, and implement data-driven strategies for long-term success. Jody’s expertise in satisfaction measurement, strategic planning, and execution makes her a trusted advisor to higher education executives nationwide. 

Before founding Dynamic Campus in 2003, Jody held executive roles at leading higher education technology firms, including Jenzabar and SCT. She also served in student services and academic advising roles in both community college and private college settings. 

She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California, where she began her journey in higher education working in alumni relations and development.
