Justin has been in the educational technology sector for over 25 years – joining a pre-IPO startup (eCollege) and founding two companies (TopSchool and Elsmere Education). After taking two years off as the CEO of Elsmere Education and doing consulting with McKinsey, Justin returned to Elsmere Education and in partnership with Haven Capital Partners purchased Human Capital Research Corporation. The combined company, now called Human Capital Education, is a higher education enablement company focusing on enrollment growth for colleges and universities. Elsmere Education is certified as a B company reflecting its dedication to balancing profitability with impact – and Human Capital Education is in the process of that same certification.

Outside of work, Justin is committed to his family and involvement in the Denver community – including current work with the Young Americans Center. Justin also serves on the Board of Visitors at his alma mater, Trinity University.
