Olivia Padilla-Jackson serves as Central New Mexico Community College’s Vice President of Finance and Operations. Padilla-Jackson is a public servant with 24 years of public policy and finance experience, previously serving as cabinet secretary for the New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration, director of the State Board of Finance, economist for the Legislative Finance Committee, and trader/analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. She earned a bachelor’s from the University of New Mexico and a master’s from University of Michigan.
