Fiyin is a Partner in McKinsey & Company’s Washington, D.C. office and a leader in the firm’s Higher Education and Public Sector Practices, where he leads McKinsey’s work on Higher Education Research and Innovation. He also oversees McKinsey’s efforts to build public-private-philanthropic partnerships that drive societal impact.
Fiyin advises leaders to design and deliver large-scale transformations that strengthen institutional performance, enhance research impact, and expand opportunities for learners. He also plays a leadership role in McKinsey’s Institute for Economic Mobility, advancing research and partnerships focused on inclusive economic growth.
Beyond the firm, Fiyin is a founding board member of NUTM, where he supports the institution’s mission to develop the next generation of innovators and leaders. Before joining McKinsey, Fiyin worked at the intersection of life sciences and global public health.
