Jim Lodge is CenTrio’s Chief Revenue Officer. He has 40+ years of experience in the energy industry and specializes in the growth, development, and monetization of district energy assets. Currently, he oversees the growth of one of the largest and most diversified district energy portfolios in the U.S.​

Prior to CenTrio, Jim was President of Clearway Community Energy (now Cordia), responsible for their expansive District Energy, Microgrid, and CHP business throughout the U.S. Jim was the key principal to lead the P3 with Duquesne University, Arizona State University, and the development of new downtown district energy systems in both Phoenix and Pittsburgh, PA. Jim was also President of APS Energy Services, a provider of unregulated retail electricity and energy as a service offerings.

Jim received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and later completed his Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University in Finance.​ He lives in Scottsdale, AZ with his wife Paula who have three grown children.
