Courtney Fraylick serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations at OU Education Services (OUES), the University of Oklahoma’s not-for-profit initiative launched to expand high-quality online programs and deliver an exceptional student experience. She leads Enrollment, Student Success, Quality Assurance, Launch Services, and Portfolio Strategy — ensuring every program is built, launched, and supported for long-term success.

A builder by nature and strategist by design, Courtney has spent nearly two decades transforming how institutions scale access and sustain excellence. She has driven double-digit new-student growth, accelerated program launches across multiple colleges, and built systems that turn data into measurable outcomes.
