
With over 20 years in the education sector, Adam Ring brings a distinctive blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and business development acumen to his role as Co-Founder and Vice President of Strategy at Uwill, the nation’s leading student mental health and wellness solution.
Adam leads strategy and market expansion efforts, helping scale Uwill into one of the fastest-growing education technology companies in the country. Uwill has been recognized as a two-time Inc. 5000 Top 100 honoree (#27 in 2024, #79 in 2025) and the #1 fastest-growing company in Massachusetts. Today, Uwill supports more than 500 colleges and K–12 districts across all 50 states and 20 countries. Adam also spearheaded the first-in-the-nation partnership with the State of New Jersey, providing comprehensive mental health support at no cost to students across 45 public and private colleges and universities.
Before founding Uwill, Adam co-founded First Finance Institute (FFI), a leading online program management provider for certificate-based learning, where he directed business development and forged partnerships with top business schools worldwide. Earlier, he worked alongside Uwill CEO Michael London at Bloomberg Institute, playing a key role in the company’s rapid global expansion. Adam began his career as a Research Associate at BMO Capital Markets, where his team earned “Best on the Street” recognition from The Wall Street Journal.
