As the Senior Vice President, Jeremy Doss leads RISE’s P3 division and guides the company’s higher education partners through the comprehensive turnkey development process for on-campus housing, dining, retail, parking, and other revenue-generating facilities. With over 24 years of experience at RISE, Jeremy assembles project teams specifically tailored to each unique campus partnership and acts as the main point of contact for on-campus partners. He oversees key aspects such as project representation through approvals and board reviews, RFP production, program and design development, financial analyses and cost estimates, rental rate strategies, and ongoing project management – always ensuring RISE’s high standards are maintained at every stage of the process.

Since starting as an intern at RISE in 2001, Jeremy has successfully led 43 campus developments, which total 29,173 beds and more than 10 million square feet, with a total project value exceeding $2.28 billion.
