She brings extensive expertise in real estate portfolio analysis, economic feasibility, transaction and procurement structuring, and P3 execution and negotiations. Lindsay has led over 75 advisory assignments worth over $4B in capital value for education institutions and specializes in public-private partnerships. Her diverse experience covers a wide range of asset types, including student housing, parking, research facilities, hospitality, transportation and mixed-use developments. Lindsay is a graduate of the University of Illinois and Johns Hopkins University, where she earned her Bachelor’s in Finance and Master’s in International Economics, respectively.
