Noel Brinkman

Biography

Since joining ACC in 2000, Noel has played active roles in crafting over $8.25 billion in public-private partnerships nationwide, representing more than 82,500 student housing beds. He currently leads new business development initiatives at American Campus Communities. Noel works closely with university stakeholders to help determine whether privatization and alternative procurement strategies are the right fit for their campuses. He’s passionate about showing how the private sector can deliver modern, cost-effective housing solutions that meet the needs of today’s students—benefiting both universities and their communities. Over his 25 years at ACC, Noel has also served as market analyst, director of development, and vice president of on-campus development. He graduated summa cum laude from Texas State University with degrees in marketing and finance.
