William Davis leads and manages the development and construction management divisions of Capstone and is responsible for critical strategic business practices associated with development processes and activities. He also leads many aspects of Capstone’s on-campus projects – including team formation, site and market evaluation, leading the collaborative design process with the design team and the university, managing the permitting and entitlement process, and myriad associated tasks necessary to keep the projects moving forward on schedule. He serves as the project executive and primary point-of-contact between the university and Capstone’s development team. Since joining Capstone in 2006, William has overseen the development of over 5,000 beds of housing valued at nearly $500 million in total development cost.
