Conference dates are all day Tuesday, November 4, and the morning of Wednesday, November 5, 2025. A welcome reception will be held the evening of Monday, November 3, 2025.
What does my registration fee include?
Registration fees include access to all conference activities and meals:

How do I register for the Business-Higher Education Forum (BHEF)?
The Business-Higher Education Forum (BHEF) and P3·EDU will co-locate their Fall 2025 convenings at Georgia Tech during the week of November 3–6, 2025. To register or learn more about attending the BHEF Convening, please visit www.bhef.com/convening.
Who is attending the conference?
Attendance at P3•EDU is intended for college and university executive leaders including chancellors, presidents, provosts, CFOs, VPs, and trustees. Please contact helpdesk@p3edu.com if you have questions about attendance.
What is the registration fee?
The registration fee for college, university and association attendees is $995. The registration fee for corporate and non-university attendees is $3,995.
Can my organization pay our registration fee by check?
Payment for P3•EDU is by credit card only. If you are unable to pay by credit card, please contact helpdesk@p3edu.com.
How do I make changes to my registration?
If you need to make any changes to your registration, please email helpdesk@p3edu.com.
If I need to cancel, how do I receive a refund?
Event tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the 2025 event, you may substitute another attendee in your place. We can also transfer your registration fee to our 2026 P3•EDU event. Please email helpdesk@p3edu.com with any cancellation or transfer requests.
Why have I not received a registration confirmation?
All confirmations are sent via email at the conclusion of your registration. If you have not received an email confirmation, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If you still need a copy of your confirmation or receipt, please email helpdesk@p3edu.com.
Does the conference hotel offer a room block with discounted pricing?

Will transportation be provided from the airport to the hotel?
Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from their hotel and airport.
